A quality home inspection for an average size house typically takes 2.5 to 3 hours.  Older homes, with potentially more problems, may take longer.  You will benefit the most if you participate in viewing the inspection.  During the inspection we can discuss any special concerns as they are encountered.  When you read the final report, you will already have an understanding of these issues. It is also a golden opportunity for you to get a more detailed look throughout the house.  

Don't hesitate to ask questions.  I will take the time necessary to explain proper maintenance and operating procedures for many of the components of the house.

Inspection REPORT

You will receive a detailed report within 24 hours following the inspection. Your computer-generated, customized report will include pictures and will be categorized so it can be easily understood. A summary in plain language of all concerns will also be provided.
